Sara Arfeen Khan Shares Ramadan Fitness Tips: Balancing Fasting, Food, and Rest

Actress Sara Arfeen Khan who recently enjoyed a successful stint in Bigg Boss 18 and is also known for her impactful performances in projects like Singham Again, Total Siyappa, Jamai Raja & many more is currently enjoying and making the most of her holy Ramadan month. During the holy month of fasting, Sara Arfeen Khan is following a very disciplined schedule when it comes to balancing between food intake, workout and rest. She’s certainly enjoying her highest form and zone of spiritual energy and is also doing her best to use this as a golden opportunity to detox her body. What’s most interesting and inspiring is the way she is controlling her food intake when breaking her daily fast. Highlighting the negative impact of overeating after fasting, Sara shares some really interesting and valuable insights which is pertinent to maintaining good health regime during this period. On being asked more about this & what keeps her going with so much energy during Ramadan, the actress shares,

“As always, Ramadan has so far been beautiful and at the same time quite hectic. Balancing between work, family and fasting is quite a task. However, I feel the spiritual energy of this month is so incredible that it keeps me energized. To add to that, I believe in balanced food intake instead of consuming too much during this period. I don’t miss out on my daily nutrients and vitamins and I definitely don’t overeat. A lot of people often while breaking their fast, they eat all night which is not really good and healthy. It works negatively on your body. We are ideally supposed to eat as less as possible and enjoy a better Ramadan instead of stuffing our stomachs. Also, I am quite regular with my stretching and walking but I don’t workout that much during this period and give my body adequate rest and healing period. I work out maybe just once or twice during this period. So in this way, I balance between my food intake, fitness and rest. At the end of the day, to each their own and if all these help someone else elevate their fitness and health, I would be very happy. But at the end of the day, an individual needs to identify what works for them and what doesn’t and act accordingly. Wishing everyone a very happy Ramadan 2025.”

On the work front, Sara Arfeen Khan has some interesting work developments happening at her end, the official announcements of which will take place soon as per the ideal timelines. Stay tuned for more updates.
