Patna: Shreya emerged as the winner of the prestigious Miss Bihar 2025 title at the grand finale of the beauty pageant that celebrates talent, confidence, and the aspirations of young women from Bihar. The glittering event was organized by Ice Breaker Ocean Vision Private Limited at B.R. Club, Ramnagari, Ashiana Digha Road, Patna, near Paras Nath Garden.
With her strong personality, articulate communication skills, and thoughtful perspective on social issues, Shreya impressed the jury and secured the coveted crown. Nandini was declared the First Runner-Up, while Mitali finished as the Second Runner-Up.
Four Rounds of Intense Competition
The grand finale unfolded across four competitive rounds. The first round was based on a Bollywood theme, followed by an Introduction Round, a Fashion Round, and finally the Judges’ Round, where participants were evaluated on confidence, intelligence, social awareness, and overall presentation. Contestants walked the ramp wearing outfits designed by different fashion designers. The evening was further enhanced by vibrant music and dance performances.
Distinguished Guests Grace the Event
The event was inaugurated with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Bihar Tourism Minister Arun Shankar Prasad. Also present were Patna Mayor Sita Sahu, former Legislative Council member Arun Gandhi, Ice Breaker Ocean Vision Director Kaushal Kishore, and Managing Director Praveen Sinha, along with several other eminent personalities from the fashion, media, and entertainment industries.

The jury included Dr. Anjana Gandhi, while Mrs. World Sargam Koushal and Shadab Sami, Assistant Director at NIFT, crowned the winner and runner-up contestants. The panel closely assessed each participant’s performance, ramp walk, confidence, and views on social issues throughout the competition.
